StratusLIVE’s recent updates have already begun transforming the nonprofit landscape, introducing powerful new features in the Ignite Digital Engagement platform and Give at Work. While announcing these latest enhancements, we also unveil the exciting future advancements set to elevate nonprofit engagement and management in Spring 2024.
Ignite: Empowering Events and Donor Engagement
Our latest updates to the Ignite platform bring a host of new features designed to enhance the user experience and engagement for both event organizers, attendees, and donors:.
Event Discount Codes: Ignite now offers versatile discount codes for event registrations, empowering organizers and sponsorship managers to entice early registrations, offer exclusive rates, encourage group ticket purchases, provide financial accessibility, and recognize loyal donors. With fixed or percentage-based discounts, organizers can set validity periods and redemption limits, enhancing participation and fundraising efforts.
Recurring Events: Ignite now supports the scheduling of recurring events, an essential feature for nonprofits hosting regular activities like donor networking events, support groups, or exhibitions. This feature helps maintain steady engagement with various stakeholders and contributes significantly to organizational visibility and fundraising consistency. Planners can set the frequency of these events, ensuring ease of participation and planning efficiency.
Donor Hub – Event Registration & Calendar: StratusLIVE’s personalized Donor Hub app now includes direct event registration capabilities, allowing donors to easily discover and participate in events that align with their interests. The integration of a comprehensive calendar within Donor Hub enables users to toggle between their recurring donations, registered events, volunteer commitments, and discover new opportunities, providing a complete view of their activities and engagements.
Engagement Page Templates: Over 40 new engagement page templates have been added to Ignite, catering to a variety of themes, campaigns, and affinity groups. These templates are customizable and ready to use, facilitating campaign differentiation and effectiveness.
Split-Designation Donations: An additional new feature in Ignite now allows donors to split their contributions across different designations. Donors have the flexibility to specify how their donation is divided, either by percentage or specific monetary amounts, making it easier to support multiple causes simultaneously.

Consolidated Event Attendee Report: Administrators can now generate summary or detailed reports for one or more company events, ensuring efficient attendee data management.
Event and Registration Management: The power to delete personal volunteer hours and cancel event registrations is now in the hands of administrators, offering greater control over corporate social responsibility activities.
Spring 2024: A Milestone Update for StratusLIVE 365 CRM
StratusLIVE is set to launch a significant update to StratusLIVE 365 CRM in Spring 2024, promising to transform user experience and functionality. Key updates include:
Dynamics 365 9.1 Unified Interface: This significant upgrade will provide users with an enhanced visual experience, making interaction more intuitive and efficient. Key to this upgrade is the timeline view, where posts, activities, and notes are ordered by the most recent, streamlining the way users navigate and access crucial information.
Enhancements for Healthcare Organizations: With the addition of fields such as Patient Visit, Department, Guarantor, Insurance Status, Inpatient, and Treating Physician, StratusLIVE 365 CRM is set to become an indispensable tool for healthcare organizations. This update will allow for more intricate tracking and management of patient interactions, offering improved data management in healthcare philanthropy contexts.
Advanced Prospect Management: The new prospect management features will revolutionize the way users approach high-level prospecting. This includes the ability to track a prospect’s journey through stages like Identify, Research, Qualified, Disqualified, Cultivation, and Stewardship. Additionally, the ability to track Prospect Type, such as annual, major gifts, capital campaign gifts, and more, will significantly enhance targeted fundraising strategies.
Consolidated Financial Structures: A major feature in this update is the consolidation of all transaction records into a single entity. This includes payments, recurring payments, soft credits, and pledges, streamlining financial reporting and queries, particularly at the individual donor level. Enhanced charts and graphs will more efficiently display transaction data, a benefit for clients managing complex financial transaction data.
With these upgrades, StratusLIVE aims to continuously evolve and empower nonprofits, event organizers, donors, and administrators alike with advanced tools for enhanced user experience, engagement, and management.
