Requirements Gathering

Individual workshops for each department will be scheduled to document in detail the requirements for the solution. The workshops are intensive sessions aimed at specifying exactly what’s needed, how much configuration and customization (if any) work is required to meet your needs, what data sources the system will be accessing, and what data will be converted.

This phase identifies the integrations required, how the project plan’s flow will be organized, and other project-related issues, such as resource availability and scheduling.
