Improve Efficiency

Enterprise Integration has the ability to perform bulk as well as individual record corrections on the fly by manual intervention or as part of process templates. If, for example, an import file from an outside source contains the same error in the same field across multiple records, Enterprise Integration allows users to make a single correction to all rows at one time, saving valuable time and resources.

Instead of importing data multiple times, users import once and then match key data elements to an existing record. In order to perform this match, each key field in the donor profile is assigned a numerical value. Based on the total point value of the matched fields assigned to each record, constituent matching determines whether the entry is a new or duplicate record.

If there is a record in the imported data that is a statistical match to two or more existing records, contact resolution allows users to look at the imported data and compare it to the two or more existing contacts or accounts and make a determination as to which contact the imported profile should be merged.
