StratusLIVE’s Spring 2025 feature enhancements are here! Dive into these updates designed to streamline the event and volunteer management process, empower volunteers to uncover meaningful opportunities, and easily showcase the workplace giving metrics that matter most.
Ignite: Enhancing the Event Attendee and Volunteer Experience
Collect Multiple Event Attendee Information and Bulk Event Participant Upload
Events are often the gateway to long-term donor engagement. Now, within StratusLIVE Ignite, administrators can collect event attendee information for multiple attendees (including name, email address, phone number, and address). This data integrates with StratusLIVE 365 CRM, so event managers can track and engage participants for future events and other engagement methods.
To assist in rapid data entry, volunteer administrators can now bulk upload event attendees either manually or via CSV import. Participants then receive an automatic email confirming their registration.
These new enhancements streamline the registration process while setting the groundwork for continued donor cultivation.
Modernized Volunteer Opportunity Creation Interface and Improved Volunteer Search
Volunteer program administrators can now build compelling volunteer opportunities using the Ignite page builder. This offers flexibility to administrators to add content sections that highlight the volunteer opportunity needs and benefits. Administrators can also associate tags with the opportunities including cause concepts, skills, and interests, thereby increasing visibility within opportunity search.
Volunteer Opportunity Slider
Easily showcase volunteer opportunities by adding the new Opportunity Slider — available in the page designer — anywhere within your Ignite page content. Highlight all upcoming opportunities, display a filtered set of curated listings, or hand-pick a few to feature, giving you flexibility to present and promote the most relevant opportunities.
Administrative Volunteer Registration, Bulk Volunteer Uploads, and Check-In Process
Managing volunteer registrations is now easier and more efficient than ever. Volunteer administrators can now add new registrations or edit existing ones directly from the back office—no need to navigate the front-end interface or depend on volunteer logins.
To expedite the registration process, administrators can now bulk-add volunteers manually or through CSV upload. Built-in error handling with direct integration to StratusLIVE 365 CRM keeps your data clean and actionable.
Easily monitor volunteer attendance via the new check-in option available for both individual volunteer and bulk check-in. This streamlined process improves operational efficiency, ensures accurate recordkeeping for hours tracking, and supports better follow-up and engagement after events.

Enable Group Volunteering
Group volunteering offers a unique, shared experience that increases camaraderie and collective action. Administrators can now enable group volunteer registrations within StratusLIVE Ignite. With this function, primary volunteers can register additional volunteers within the same group. Administrators can allow these group members to register anonymously or collect their information (including name, email address, and phone number) for cultivation.
Group and guest information integrates with StratusLIVE 365 CRM allowing for tailored acknowledgment and targeted fundraising efforts.
Enhanced Volunteer Opportunity Search
Empower volunteers to find meaningful and personalized opportunities directly from your website using Ignite’s newly enhanced volunteer opportunity search. Volunteers can search by date and time, opportunity type (one-time, ongoing, recurring), location, cause concept, skills they want to contribute, and personal interests—making it easier for them to connect with the work that matters most to them.
Opportunities appear in multiple views (grid, list, calendar, and map), so volunteers quickly locate the right opportunities for them. Saved searches enable volunteers to reconnect with opportunities that match their preferences — streamlining their experience and making it easier to stay engaged.
Self-Service Volunteer Check-In Kiosk
The day-of a volunteer event is hectic – from manning welcome tables to double-checking station assignments. To assist in coordinating this chaos, volunteers can now check-in via self-service kiosks available via tablet or laptop. Volunteers will search for their names and check in individually or their group. Their registered hours will display in Donor Hub – showcasing their commitment to community service.
Visualize Volunteer Impact within Donor Hub
Volunteers can now easily access all their upcoming volunteer commitments and track their volunteer hours within the new Volunteering dashboard in Donor Hub. From this improved interface, volunteers can check opportunity details, update or cancel their registration, and stay organized with a clear view of their engagement history—all in one convenient place.
Give at Work: Accessing the Workplace Giving Metrics that Matter Most
Modernized Administrator Dashboard
View at-a-glance key campaign statistics including average gift amount, number of new donors, employee and donor count, and more within the newly improved administrator dashboard. Select the range of data you’d like to explore to include all activity, 30 days, 90 days, or today’s date. Easily stay on top of trends – including both dollar and donor totals – by tracking performance over time.
Extract Widget Styling
Administrators can now achieve an improved user interface of the roster with contribution extract widget and contribution charity columns extract widget within additional content zones without the need for any additional styling.
These widgets easily allow administrators to access employee and contribution data directly from the donor experience.
These new updates empower administrators to seamlessly execute events, volunteer, and workplace giving opportunities, while capturing meaningful data that will inform future engagement strategies.
