The StratusLIVE Nonprofit Industry Cloud Solution is a fully built platform suite designed exclusively for enterprise nonprofits and federated organizations. Our product is fully user accepted, tested, and proven in the nonprofit sector.

We built a fully functioning interoperable working product application intentionally developed on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 commercial platform and designed specifically for the nonprofit industry with enterprise fundraising functionality that ensures their success.

Of equal importance is that it is the StratusLIVE Services Team that performs the implementation work for each nonprofit client.

We do not outsource our implementations. No other provider can claim they have built on a Microsoft commercial platform and have the Implementation Services team within one organization.

The project critical success criteria of any implementation require clear objectives, measurable milestones, and a shared vision of success. Our implementation approach is built on a proven method of project management that has resulted in an industry-leading 100% successful implementation track record and 98% client retention. Our implementation process relies on establishing a mutually agreed-upon project plan and critical checkpoints throughout the project. We don’t move to the next stage until we have shared agreement on the successful completion of the previous step.

Every implementation is led by a dedicated, experienced project manager who is the primary client point of contact and advocate.

This is not an entry-level position at StratusLIVE but requires years of project management experience. 80% of our implementation team has direct nonprofit experience. We feel that this level of expertise in our project management team is crucial in our successful implementations.

All clients are also supported by our Director of Client Success, who ensures that our clients have every resource to ensure their success.

Our implementation project plans include the following stages: Requirements and Discovery, Design, Configuration and Development, Data Conversion, Training, System Testing, Mock Go Live/Go Live, and Post Go Live stages.

During a typical engagement, a weekly check-in and project status report meeting is conducted. Project Status reports will show tasks completed, tasks due to be completed, hours used, and any identified risks.

The StratusLIVE Project Manager will be responsible for the overall Project Plan. They will develop the weekly project status reports, including milestones achieved, upcoming milestones, key risks, and the hours used for the project to date. They will also be responsible for maintaining the project BaseCamp, our project management platform, and ensuring all meeting notes are available to staff from both organizations.
