ALICIA STEVENS
DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS
As Director of Customer Success, Alicia has more than 19 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Her areas of expertise include project leadership, marketing, communications, branding, change management, and customer relationship management. In her role, Alicia helps StratusLIVE customers better understand and use its products and services to advance their mission and remain competitive.
Prior to joining StratusLIVE, she was most recently the director of investor relations for United Way of Greater Cincinnati where she focused on individual and corporate engagement strategies and led the implementation of StratusLIVE CRM in 2011. With her nonprofit experience and track record of leading successful projects, Alicia works with our customers from on-boarding through post-implementation and beyond to ensure they are receiving the highest value possible from our products and services. Alicia helps customers strategically focus on the experience of their donors while streamlining their back-end processes.
HONORS & DISTINCTIONS
Alicia was a member of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Women Excel (WE) Leadership Class 5 (2010 – 2011) and was recognized as a YWCA Rising Star in 2004-2005. She received the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Women Excel (WE) Celebrate – Social Media Innovator of the Year Runner-Up Award in 2009.
Alicia graduated from Hanover College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors with the ALS Association – Central and Southern Ohio Chapter along with serving on the Cincinnati Walk to Defeat ALS Committee when not attending soccer, basketball and baseball games with her husband and two children.
