Training Services

During initial implementation and support services efforts, StratusLIVE recommends a train the trainer program.

Client users attend StratusLIVE training sessions with the initial training experience delivered as a series of on-site or online, hands-on, instructor-led workshops.

Training representatives will then be responsible for training others in their respective departments to use StratusLIVE software. This transferable knowledge approach is especially useful as you organization grows according to your detailed development plan. StratusLIVE also provides a wide variety of digital resources, from Introductory through Advanced Level. The resources listed below are available to anyone with a User License:

  • Built-In Video Help – Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform built-in help offers specific training resources for users to learn more about the platform functionality (i.e., User-level Dashboard creation, Advanced Find queries, Import files, and more).
  • StratusLIVE Documentation – We provide a comprehensive library of Technical User Guides. We have over 100 training ‘how to’ guides, including screen prints, quick reference bullets and step-by-step instructions.
  • StratusLIVE Multimedia Videos – 90+ training videos titles covering all major functional product areas and Instructor-Led Training.
  • Resource Center is built into the StratusLIVE 365 solution with links to web forums, user blogs, additional videos, whitepapers, and FAQs.
  • Knowledge Base Articles – StratusLIVE 365 contains a Knowledge Base that your organization can use to create and store specific user documentation. File attachments can be uploaded to entities and Forms throughout the software for users to access for accelerated learning.
