As co-founder and chief executive officer, Jim has more than 25 years of experience in finance and technology management in the nonprofit, transportation, financial services, and technical services industries. In his role as CEO, Jim guides the company’s strategy and oversees the StratusLIVE product portfolio.

President and Founder
As co-founder and president, Mike has over 40 years of experience as a senior executive in corporations ranging from Fortune 200 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups in a variety of industries, including nonprofits, CRM software, financial services, real estate, and publishing.

Chief Technology Officer and Founder
As co-founder and chief technology officer, John has over 15 years of experience in the architecture, development, and delivery of strategic software solutions to a wide range of organizations in the nonprofit and financial-services industries. John guides the architectural vision for the StratusLIVE product portfolio and oversees the product development teams.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Debbie has more than 25 years of experience in Social Responsibility program leadership, global program development, strategic planning, marketing, and consulting.

Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Gary comes with many years of experience in financial, operations and executive leadership in the nonprofit technology market. At StratusLIVE, Gary is responsible for finance and accounting, human resources, treasury, risk management and investor relations.

Vice President of Professional Services
As StratusLIVE Vice President of Professional Services, Brett Meyer brings 25-plus years of experience as he leads the organization in three key areas: management of all software product lines, software implementation and support services.

As Director of Solution Engineering, Lori brings 20+ years of experience as a solutions consultant and sales engineer working with higher education institutions and nonprofits, and the last 5 years leading a Solution Engineering team.
