Every Ignite module works on the same constituent record from day one, so there is no integration project between them. Fundraising and finance work from the same gift, all the way to the journal entry.
Every AI agent is included in every Ignite subscription. There is no premium AI tier and no per-seat AI fee, so if your team can use Ignite, it can use its AI teammates.
Ignite pricing is revenue-based, so adding a staff member never adds a seat fee. The Solution Packs you choose are flat and quoted up front.
Implementation is a one-time fixed fee at one of three package levels, scoped before the contract. Added work is a documented change order, never a surprise.

StratusLIVE began with the belief that technology should drive measurable change for organizations doing social good. In 2008 that meant bringing enterprise-grade CRM to nonprofits that had been asked to make do with tools built for sales pipelines, not donor relationships. It grew into a platform family trusted by United Ways, federated networks, health funds, and national causes.
Today, that conviction shapes the Ignite Active Intelligence Platform for a moment when nonprofit missions are growing faster than nonprofit teams.
