BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As Business Development Manager, Michael brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise CRM software sales, account-based marketing/sales, target market analysis, strategic planning, technology consulting, and nonprofit management. In his role as Account Executive, Michael opens new nonprofit markets with strategic outreach to C-level and all levels of nonprofits growing our Nonprofit Solutions division with new customers like National Wildlife Federation, National 4-H Council, and United Way.

Prior to joining StratusLIVE, he has served in strategic sales roles, consulting, new business development in technology providers and nonprofits. Most recently, serving as Operations Manager and Business Development Consultant for an Information Technology provider, he grew clients in areas of for-profit and nonprofits like Operation Smile and United Way.

HONOR & DISTINCTIONS

He also served as Director of Sales at Ingenuiti a global provider of eLearning, software, and digital document multi-lingual localization services. In this role, he opened new strategic markets, cultivated C-Level relationships, influenced and closed multimillion-dollar high-margin top-line sales with global companies like Global Payments Inc. (TSYS), Adobe Systems, and Microsoft.

Michael has international nonprofit experience as a Programs and Project Manager at Operation Blessing International Relief and Development in fundraising, micro-enterprise management, international relief supplies logistics, life-skills training for at-risk populations, events & volunteer projects, individual philanthropy, and grants management.

With experience and a track record of success in the technology and nonprofit industry, Michael’s objective is to build trust with nonprofit leaders, provide a leading nonprofit technology solution for nonprofits seeking a comprehensive Nonprofit CRM Solution to help them engage donors, accelerate fundraising, impact communities and drive social change.

Michael holds MBA/MA joint-degrees from Regent University, and a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
