A fuller donor picture,in one quick lookup.

The Donor Enrichment agent finds a constituent, adds integrated wealth screening, and hands back a clean profile summary with the wealth signals that stand out. A quick read for review, not a full qualification. When you need the deep brief, Prospect Research takes it from there.

Read-only

It reads and cites your data. It never changes it.

Every summary carries

Source facts
The CRM record and the screening data, kept apart from ideas
Signals pulled forward
The capacity and philanthropic indicators that matter, lifted out of the raw screening
A suggested next step
An outreach starting point, clearly labeled as inference
Honest match quality
How well the screening matched, and where the picture is thin

A quick read on any donor.

Point it at a constituent and it does the lookup, adds screening, and summarizes what matters. Every summary keeps facts and inference clearly apart.

Enrich a donor in one lookup

Name a constituent and the agent finds the record, adds integrated wealth screening, and returns a profile summary you can act on or set aside.

Enrich this donor and summarize their giving potential.

Wealth signals in context

Capacity, assets, and philanthropic indicators from WealthEngine, DonorSearch, and Kindsight (formerly iWave) land next to the CRM record, so the external picture sits with the relationship you already have.

Batch enrichment with status

Hand it a list and it enriches in the background, tracks progress, and surfaces which records carry the strongest major gift indicators.

Run a batch enrichment for these 100 prospects and track status.

A starting outreach strategy

Based on the signals it found, the agent suggests a first move for the relationship, always labeled as inference rather than instruction.

What outreach would you suggest based on this profile?

It confirms the right person

When a lookup returns more than one match, the agent shows the candidates and asks you to confirm before it enriches anyone.

Enrich the profile for [email protected].

Weak matches, flagged

Weak or partial screening matches are flagged, so a thin result is never dressed up as a confident one.

How the agent works

Find, confirm, enrich, summarize.

A short, careful sequence sits behind every enrichment, and it always starts from your own record rather than a guess.

  1. 01

    Find

Searches your CRM for the constituent by name, email, or phone, so enrichment starts from the real record.

  2. 02

    Confirm

If more than one record matches, it lists the candidates and waits for you to pick the right person.

  3. 03

    Enrich

Sends the confirmed record’s details to integrated wealth screening and reads back the signals.

  4. 04

    Summarize

Combines the CRM record and the screening into one profile summary, with facts and inference kept apart and match quality noted.

Inside the enrichment summary

Five sections. Facts, then ideas.

Every summary follows the same order, so your team can see what the data says, what it suggests, and how far to trust it.

  1. 01Constituent profileYour CRM record, pulled first.
  2. 02What screening addsWhat integrated wealth screening adds to the record.
  3. 03Key wealth signalsThe capacity and philanthropic indicators worth noting.
  4. 04Suggested outreach strategyA starting point for the next conversation, labeled as inference.
  5. 05Data quality notesMatch confidence, and any gaps, stated plainly.

Governed by design

It enriches for review. Nothing more.

Enrichment brings outside data next to your donors, so the guardrails matter. The agent brings the outside signals in for a person to weigh, and it cannot change your record to do it.

See the governance model

Read-only, always

It looks up and enriches. It has no path to write back to your CRM, so a summary changes nothing until your team acts on it.

It confirms before it enriches

On multiple matches it surfaces every candidate and asks you to pick the right person, so screening starts from the record you confirmed.

It doesn’t dress up thin data

When wealth screening has no strong match, the agent says so. A thin result is flagged, not smoothed over.

Facts stay apart from ideas

Screening facts are labeled distinctly from the suggested outreach, which the agent presents as inference for you to judge.

No gates to widen here. This agent is read-only. It cites your data and never changes it.

Your record in. A fuller picture out.

No new system to manage. The agent works from the constituent record you already keep and adds integrated wealth screening, then hands the combined picture back for review.

Honest questions

The questions teams actually ask about this agent.

Straight answers on trust, control, and your data. The full security posture, providers included, is on the Trust & Security page.

Can we trust an AI agent with wealth screening?

The agent brings outside wealth signals in for a person to weigh, and it cannot change your record to do it. On multiple matches it asks you to confirm the right person before screening starts, and a thin screening result is flagged as thin rather than smoothed over.

How is this different from a generic AI tool?

A generic tool cannot run wealth screening against your CRM or ground its answers in your records. This agent looks up the constituent you name, adds integrated wealth screening, and labels screening facts as facts. Suggested outreach is presented as inference for you to judge.

What if an enrichment summary is wrong?

Nothing has happened to your data. The agent has no path to write back to your CRM, so a summary changes nothing until your team acts on it. Weak matches are declared, and when you want the deep qualification, Prospect Research takes the second read.

Do wealth screening results train AI models?

Prompts and outputs are not used to train foundation models by default, and model routing follows data sensitivity. The Trust and Security page documents providers and the full data flow for your reviewer.
