Revenue sets the band.
Your needs shape the quote.

How the model works is on this page: what sets your price, what never does, and every line your quote is made of. Answer three quick questions and your complete quote arrives in writing.

Step 1 of 3

What's your annual fundraising revenue?

Your Core Platform subscription is set by your organization's annual fundraising revenue.

  • Priced on your fundraising revenue band. Defined on this page, straight from your Form 990. Not your headcount.
  • AI included in every subscription. An annual pool of capacity is in the price. Capability is never gated by tier.
  • Total cost known before signing. Subscription, packs, implementation, and transaction rates, all quoted in writing.

How your price is built

Every line on an Ignite quote.

Six layers, no tiers. You should be able to reconstruct the shape of your quote from this page before you ever talk to us.

01Every year

Core Platform

Annual subscription, set by your revenue band

The platform itself: Ignite CRM, Finance, Self-Service, and Intelligence on one constituent record, with no per-seat fees. The one line that scales with your organization.

02Every year

Solution Packs

Flat annual price, the same at every size

Capability by domain: Digital Engagement, Advancement, Marketing Automation, Community Impact. A pack costs a large organization exactly what it costs a small one.

03Included

AI capacity

Annual capacity pool included in every subscription

Agent work draws on an annual pool of included capacity, so busy seasons draw on quiet ones. If your team needs more, you add capacity in annual steps. You never buy capability, only capacity.

04On use

Transaction and sending fees

Charged on use, stated in your quote

Online giving and email beyond your included allowance carry rates stated in your written quote. Donor-covered fees are on by default.

05Optional

Platform services

Flat annual, only if you add them

Sandbox environment, advanced governance and security, advanced data and integration, and success plans. Each quoted with your subscription.

06Year one only

Implementation

One-time fixed fee, quoted before you sign

Migration, configuration, and training as a package, scoped before contract. Added work is a documented change order, never a mid-project surprise.

The meter, defined

What sets your price. And what never does.

What sets it: fundraising revenue, from your 990

Your band comes from what your team raises privately (formally, private contributed revenue): contributions and grants on your Form 990 (Part VIII, line 1h), minus government grants (line 1e) and gifts-in-kind (line 1g), for the entity signing the contract. Donated stock counts in full: it is a payment method your platform processes, not a gift-in-kind. The metric excludes what your development operation does not raise, never what it raises in a different form.

Your most recently filed 990 sets the band, and we confirm it from the filing. If one extraordinary year would distort it, a bequest or a campaign spike, you can elect a three-year average instead. Band placement is a lookup, not a negotiation.

Your subscription is set for your term, with no mid-term surprises. Renewal increases are capped in your agreement, and if sustained growth moves you up a band, Core moves to the new band's price with no escalator stacked on top. It works both ways: if your revenue falls, you re-band downward on the same evidence.

What never sets it

  • Seats. No per-seat fees. Development, finance, marketing, events, and leadership work in the platform, and event-night volunteers, seasonal staff, and board members get logins without a line item.
  • Records, within standard scope. Your donor file is not a meter. Record count never sets your subscription. Very large files and multi-entity structures change the shape of the work, and we scope those with you.
  • Feature tiers. There is no good-better-best. Every band gets the same platform and the same agents. You never pay more for the same feature, only for more platform or more work.

Find your quote's shape

Donors can cover it

Donor-covered fees are on by default, so donors cover most processing and platform fees rather than your budget. Fees settle inside the transaction, itemized in the batch, with no separate invoice.

No fee on gifts your team records

The platform fee applies to online giving only. Cash, checks, wire, stock, and batch imports your team records carry no platform transaction fee.

Payment processing

Passed through at cost, at the card and ACH rates stated in your quote. No markup, and no separate invoice.

The Marketing Automation Pack includes a monthly email volume that scales with your revenue band. Sending beyond it is metered at a rate stated in your quote. Usage alerts and monthly digests keep spend visible, and email is never cut off mid-appeal.

Pricing FAQ

Straight answers.

How is Ignite priced?

One annual Core Platform subscription set by your organization's annual fundraising revenue band, plus flat-priced Solution Packs for the capabilities you add. AI capacity is included in every subscription, transaction rates are stated in your quote, and implementation is a one-time fixed fee. Request pricing above and your complete quote arrives in writing.

How do I get Ignite pricing?

Request pricing on this page. An account executive emails your complete quote in writing: the subscription for your band, Solution Packs, implementation, and transaction rates. No drawn-out quote cycle, and the total is in writing before you sign.

What counts as annual fundraising revenue?

What your team raises privately, formally called private contributed revenue: contributions and grants as reported on your most recently filed Form 990 (Part VIII, line 1h), minus government grants (line 1e) and gifts-in-kind (line 1g), for the entity signing the contract. Donated stock and similar securities count in full: they are payment methods, not gifts-in-kind. If one extraordinary year would move your band, you can elect a three-year average to smooth a bequest or a campaign spike. Your band is confirmed from your filing, so placement is a lookup, not a negotiation.

Does Ignite charge per user or per seat?

No. There are no per-seat fees. Development, finance, marketing, events, and leadership all work in the platform, and event-night volunteers, seasonal staff, and board members get logins without a line item.

Is AI an extra charge?

No. Agents are never gated by pricing tier. Every subscription includes an annual pool of AI capacity, so a busy December draws on a quiet March, with alerts as you approach it, an overage cap you set, and admin budget controls. If your team needs more, additional capacity comes in annual steps, quoted with your subscription. You buy more capacity, never more capability.

What does implementation cost?

Implementation is a one-time fixed fee, not an hourly engagement. It comes in three packages, Essentials, Professional, and Advanced, sized by migration complexity alone: how many systems you migrate, how clean the data is, and which integrations you need. Adding a Solution Pack never re-prices implementation. The fee is quoted with your subscription, and scope is assessed before contract, so added work is a documented change order, never a mid-project surprise. Implementation is guided by our team, with zero custom code.

Are there transaction fees?

Yes, and they are stated plainly in your written quote rather than buried. Online giving carries a platform fee with a per-transaction cap, payment processing is passed through at cost, and gifts your team records (cash, checks, wire, stock, and batch imports) carry no platform fee. Donor-covered fees are on by default, so donors fund most of it, and fees settle inside the transaction itself: you receive the net deposit with every fee itemized in the batch, and no separate invoice arrives for them.

What happens as our organization grows?

Your subscription is set for your term, and there are no mid-term surprises. Renewal increases are capped in your agreement. If sustained growth moves you up a revenue band, Core moves to the new band's price with no escalator on top, and a large combined increase phases in across renewals rather than landing at once. It works both ways: if your revenue falls, you re-band downward on the same evidence. Multi-year terms carry a subscription price lock.

Is Ignite for large or federated organizations?

Yes, through our Tailored Experience. That path applies to the largest organizations: very large constituent files, multi-entity structures, and federated networks. You get custom scoping, custom pricing, and an implementation plan built around your structure.
