Ignite Partnerships

Run the wholegiving network.

Ignite Partnerships is the workplace-giving and agency engine: corporate campaigns, designation processing, and agency onboarding running on the same platform that holds the constituent record.

  • Give at Work campaigns
  • Agency network onboarding
  • Designations on one record

Agency onboarding

A front door agencies use

  • EIN verification
  • Compliance documents
  • Invitations & approvals

Onboarding, bulk invites, and profile syndication across the partner network.

The federated tax

The network runs on spreadsheets and a legacy portal.

Corporate campaigns, member agencies, and designations move through tools that were never built to talk to each other.

01

Designations by spreadsheet

An employee pledges to an agency through a company campaign, and getting that dollar to the right place is a manual routing exercise across three systems.

02

Onboarding agencies dread

Member agencies re-submit paperwork through tools built for a different decade, and the friction costs participation the network cannot afford to lose.

03

No view of the whole network

The corporate campaign, the distribution, and the impact live in separate places, so nobody can show what the network achieved together.

The operating system for regional philanthropy.

The corporate campaign and the member agency are two ends of the same record, not two systems someone reconciles at quarter close.

Workplace giving

Campaigns that route themselves.

Give at Work runs corporate campaigns end to end, and the designation travels with the gift from the employee who pledged it to the agency that receives it.

Agency network

Give every agency a modern way in.

Agencies join through an onboarding flow that verifies them once and puts them to work, instead of a paperwork exercise that repeats every year.

One network

Show what the network achieved together.

Federated financial operations and impact reporting run on the same records as the campaign and the agency, so the network total is a real number instead of an assembly job.

Designation processing

The pledge carries its designation through the platform, so routing the gift is not a separate reconciliation project.

Distribution calculation

Federated revenue is split and distributed by the platform that holds the campaign and the agency record.

Fund accounting for the network

Federated revenue is accounted for alongside the rest of the platform record, not in a parallel ledger.

Cross-agency deduplication

Community impact intelligence reports donor-gift-through-outcome across agencies without counting the same supporter twice.

Three jobs. One giving network.

Campaign managers, agency relations, and network leadership each get a working view built for their job, and all three are reading the same record.

  • Run corporate campaigns end to end, with payroll files generated per company schedule.
  • Payroll deduction, PTO donation, and corporate SSO for employees.
  • Reconciliation and participation tracking without a side spreadsheet.
  • CSR reporting the corporate partner asks for.

Questions

Asked by every network that switches.

Direct answers, because you've sat through enough vendor slides.

Who is Ignite Partnerships for?

Federated fundraisers first: United Ways and community foundations running workplace campaigns across corporate partners and member agencies, where campaigns typically drive the majority of revenue. Standard nonprofits use it to manage corporate giving relationships and receive workplace designations.

How do designations get to the right place?

Workplace gifts carry their designations through the platform, from the corporate campaign to the member agency, with designation processing and distribution calculation handling the routing and the accounting. The employee pledge, the company campaign, and the agency distribution are one connected record, not three reconciliation projects.

What does it take for an agency to join the network?

Onboarding with IRS EIN verification and compliance document handling, then invitation and approval. Once approved, the agency profile syndicates across the network, partner staff are added by bulk invite, and role-based access scopes each partner organization to its own data and reporting.

Can we report on the whole network, not just our own campaigns?

Yes. Community impact intelligence reports donor-gift-through-outcome across campaigns and agencies, with cross-agency deduplication so a supporter who gives in two places is counted once. CSR reporting is ESG-aligned for corporate partners who need it in that shape.

Is Partnerships a separate system from the rest of Ignite?

No. It is a module of the Ignite platform. Workplace campaigns, designated gifts, and agency records live on the same platform as CRM, fundraising, and finance, so the federated side of your operation is not a second system to keep in step.
