For IT & Operations

Run fewer systems.Keep the whole operation visible.

StratusLIVE Ignite gives nonprofit IT and operations teams one platform to run instead of five: one constituent record, zero custom code implementations, and AI agents that are read-only by default, with configurable write gates and a visible action history. Fewer sync jobs, fewer admin panels, fewer tickets.

  • Zero custom code implementations
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • AI teammates in every subscription

Three questions that follow you home.

Nonprofit IT and operations run everything and choose almost none of it. Every tool the organization adopts arrives as your renewal, your sync job, and your security review.

How many systems am I keeping alive?

A donor database, an email tool, an events platform, a volunteer app, a screening service. Each one has a login, a renewal, and a sync job that breaks the week you take vacation.

Why is every question a ticket?

Development wants a report, a donor wants a card changed, the ED wants a number for the board. None of it is hard. All of it lands on you.

What is the AI allowed to touch?

Every vendor now ships an assistant, and many can't tell you what it reads, what it writes, or who approved it. You're the one the board asks.

Five systems become one platform.

Ignite brings fundraising, finance operations, marketing, engagement, and donor self-service onto one platform with one constituent record. Agents begin with read access, and your team configures any write gates and can see the action history.

A week without Ignite

  • Babysit sync jobs between five systems
  • Reset access in five admin panels
  • Build the report development asked for
  • Guess what a vendor's AI can access

The same week on Ignite

  • Run one platform with one record
  • Set role-based access across CRM, Finance, and Marketing
  • Let staff ask about gifts, totals, and campaigns
  • Read each agent's permission level before it runs

A smaller surface, with clearer controls.

One constituent record cuts the systems, sync jobs, and access controls your team maintains.

What does implementation ask of IT?

Implementations use zero custom code and AI-assisted data migration: your historical donor, gift, and campaign data moves onto one live record through a guided process. There's no integration project between Ignite's own modules, because they share one platform.

How is access controlled?

Access is role-based across CRM, Finance, and Marketing, and agent subscriptions and permission levels are managed through the Intelligence Hub. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and payments run through processors that specialize in payment security.

What can the AI agents actually touch?

Each agent carries a stated permission level. Agents are read-only by default, your team configures write gates, and approved actions appear in a visible history. Every outbound draft waits for human approval before anything sends. Posting gifts and journal entries stays human: a permission-gated workflow.

Do we still need our other systems?

Ignite brings fundraising, finance operations, marketing, engagement, and donor self-service onto one platform. Your accounting system stays: Ignite hands it a formatted one-way export file rather than replacing it.
