These terms apply to StratusLIVE websites and online services that link to them, including stratuslive.com and its subdomains. We call them the “site” on this page. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

If you are a StratusLIVE customer, your executed Order Form, Subscription Agreement Terms of Use and Conditions, and any applicable amendments govern your use of the Ignite platform. If those documents conflict with these terms, the executed customer agreement controls your use of the Service. These terms continue to govern your use of the public website.

Using this site

You may use the site for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with the site’s operation or security, overload it, or bypass access controls.
• Gain or try to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, network, or data.
• Introduce malicious code or use the site to send unlawful, deceptive, threatening, infringing, or harmful material.
• Impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Collect personal information or use automated access in a way that disrupts the site or violates applicable law.

We may restrict access when we reasonably believe someone is violating these terms or threatening the site or its users. These restrictions do not prohibit security research that StratusLIVE has authorized in writing.

Our content

The words, images, graphics, video, data, and design on this site belong to StratusLIVE or to the people who licensed them to us. Unless we say otherwise, you may view our content, link to it, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution for lawful purposes. You may not copy or republish a substantial portion of the site, remove ownership notices, misrepresent the source, or sell copies of our content, except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Search engines, AI assistants, and other automated services may crawl and index our publicly available pages. They may retrieve, summarize, quote, and cite our content to help people find and understand it. Our robots directives allow all user agents to access public pages. They are not a quote, an offer, a promise of results, or professional advice. StratusLIVE pricing is quoted directly by our team, so an estimator result is not a price. We name other products and companies on this site, including on our comparison pages, so that buyers can make an informed choice. Those names and logos belong to their owners, and we claim no affiliation with them and no endorsement by them. If you are a StratusLIVE customer, the limits in your Subscription Agreement govern the Service, and nothing on this page changes them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms prospectively as the site changes. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and provide reasonable notice before a material change takes effect. A change does not apply retroactively to a dispute that arose before its effective date. If you keep using the site after the effective date, the updated terms apply to your later use.

Governing law

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, Virginia law governs these terms without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website must be brought in the state courts located in the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
