Sub-processors
These are the third parties StratusLIVE engages to process personal data in connection with the Service, authorized under Section 8.1 of the Data Processing Agreement. Each one operates under a written agreement with data protection obligations substantially similar to the DPA, and StratusLIVE remains fully liable for its performance.

How changes are announced
Before any new sub-processor processes personal data, it is added to this list at least fourteen days in advance. Subscribers who want that notice by email as well can request it for their designated contact, and may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds within the notice period, as described in Section 8.3 of the DPA.
