Mission built.Microsoft backed.

StratusLIVE 365 runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. That choice does real work: Microsoft's security and compliance investment protects your data, your staff work in the Outlook and Teams they already know, and your IT team governs the CRM with the same tools as the rest of your Microsoft estate.

The foundation

Why the platform under the CRM matters.

A CRM decision is a ten-year infrastructure decision. Building nonprofit depth on Dynamics 365 means the infrastructure question is already answered.

Dataverse underneath

Constituent data lives in Microsoft Dataverse: a governed, enterprise data platform your IT team can inspect, secure, and extend, not a proprietary silo.

Fused with Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit

StratusLIVE 365 is built natively on Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit, so the nonprofit data model beneath your CRM is one Microsoft maintains alongside us.

Microsoft-scale security

Your CRM inherits the security and compliance investment Microsoft makes across its cloud, the same investment that protects the rest of your Microsoft estate.

Continuous platform investment

The platform under your CRM advances with Microsoft release cycles. You get a modern foundation without a migration project.

Adoption

Works where your staff already work.

Adoption fails when the CRM is one more place to go. 365 meets staff in the Microsoft tools they open every morning.

Outlook

Constituent context and CRM actions where email already happens, so the record grows without a second data-entry step.

Teams

Collaboration on records, campaigns, and cases inside the workspace your staff already spend their day in.

Mobile and browser

The same CRM in the field, at the event, and at the desk, with one record behind all of it.

Microsoft Copilot, on your constituent record.

Building on Dynamics and Dataverse means Microsoft Copilot reaches your constituent data inside the tools your team already opens. A gift officer working in Outlook, Teams, or Power Apps can have Copilot surface the full donor profile behind a message, draft a personalized ask for them to review and send, and model gift likelihood from your own giving history.

Worth being precise

Copilot is Microsoft’s own assistant, working through your Microsoft environment. It drafts and suggests: a person reviews and sends.

It is a different thing from the Ignite agent roster, which runs on the Guided Experience. Two AI stories, and this page tells the Microsoft one. See the Ignite agents.

Extensibility & governance

Your IT team stays in charge.

The Tailored Experience assumes a real IT practice, and gives it real tools. The Microsoft foundation is what makes that possible.

01

Embedded Power BI

Dashboards and analytics on your CRM data, inside the CRM, in the reporting tool your analysts already know.

02

Power Platform reach

Your administrators and developers extend the system with the Microsoft tools they already use, from automation to custom apps.

03

Your identity and security model

Sign-in and access follow the Microsoft identity and security model your IT team already governs. One less system with its own rules.

The partnership

A Microsoft partner, on purpose.

StratusLIVE built on Dynamics 365 deliberately: nonprofit depth on top, Microsoft platform underneath. For over 15 years we have co-engineered nonprofit solutions with Microsoft, helping shape the Dynamics 365 nonprofit data model and validating nonprofit scenarios through each release wave. The product is the proof: a nonprofit CRM that behaves like the rest of your Microsoft estate.

What that means in a security review

  • Your reviewers evaluate a platform they already know how to evaluate.
  • Data governance, identity, and access follow your existing Microsoft policies.
  • The vendor conversation covers the nonprofit layer, not the whole stack.
